How often is my granola delivered?

Your box will be delivered to your doorstep every 2 weeks. Every delivery contains the number of tubs in the formula you have chosen.

Can I choose for myself when my delivery comes?

No, the delivery days are fixed for each region:

  • Tuesday: Brussels & Wallonia
  • Wednesday: West Flanders
  • Thursday: East Flanders
  • Friday: Antwerp & Limburg

What happens if I’m not home on delivery day?

You can add extra delivery instructions to your order, such as ‘leave with a neighbour’ or ‘by the door’. On hot days, we might put an extra cooler block in the box.

How long is the granola’s shelf life?

Upon delivery, the products always have a guaranteed shelf life of at least 14 days. However, you do need to keep them in the fridge at max. 7°C.

Which different formulas are there?

  • 9 tubs – I Love It box
  • 12 tubs – I’m Addicted box
  • 15 tubs – Seppe’s Granola Is Life

How many deliveries do I get to start with?

When you first start your subscription, you will receive 6 deliveries (= 3 months) as standard. Then your subscription stops automatically. After that, you can start a new subscription if you want to.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, on our platform you can:

  • Choose your favourites from the 9 available flavours
  • Select “surprise me”, if you want us to pick the flavours for you
  • Add extra products from the online store to your order
  • Change your delivery address

What happens if I don’t make any choices?

We’ll repeat your previous order. That way, you don’t have to think about it every time you order.

How do I pay?

Payments are taken automatically from your account with direct debit.

Can I end or cancel my subscription?

You will always get 6 deliveries (= 3 months). Then your subscription stops automatically. At that point, you can start a new subscription if you want to.

What if there’s a problem with my delivery?

If a delivery doesn’t arrive or you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service. We’ll work out a solution together.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can change your formula on the platform (e.g. from an I Love It box to I’m Addicted or Seppe’s Granola Is Life). You need to do that at least 4 days before the next delivery day.
